Australia’s #1 shot brand, Fireball Cinnamon Whisky, and Sydney’s original burger lords, Bar Luca, are about to blow minds with a massive ‘Blame Fireball’ menu takeover that will be available from 1st to 31st July at Bar Luca in Sydney’s CBD.
The moreish mayhem kicks off on Canada Day, so mark Saturday July 1 in your calendars to party with the rebellious duo, at an epic launch that’s double-doused with flaming flavours and fiery Whisky.
Punters can tuck into all-you-can-eat bites of the full ‘Blame Fireball’ menu, a Fireball shot on arrival, a Fireball infused cocktail, free Fire-mullet’ haircuts and live DJs – all for just $66 a head! They’ll also be slinging $6 Fireball shots (and a free shot on arrival for Canadian passport holders) all day.

The legends will be fuelling 4 x 2.5 hour feasting times* from 12pm till late on July 1st, so to experience, snatch your tickets here!
Key highlights include the Blame Fireball burger stacked with Fireball braised brisket, succulent beef patty, American cheese, maple bacon, candied jalapenos, poutine, and Fireball gravy.
And, it’s not a proper burger combo without a spiked shake, and the ‘Don’t Hate The Playa Hate The Flame’ Apple and Cinnamon milkshake is the perfect sidekick. Spiked with a 50mL mini Fireball bottle, this one lives up to Fireball’s notorious promise: “tastes like heaven, burns like hell.” If you dare, keep the flame going with a sip of the ‘Fire Starter’ cocktail – a real lip smacker of Fireball, lemon juice, maple, jalapeno syrup and cloudy cider that’s cranked up with an extra syringe of Fireball.
And there’s so much more. We won’t give away the farm but Fire Balls – jalapeno meatballs with Fireball cream cheese dipping sauce, and Fireball Whisky glazed BBQ pork riblets, Fireball poutine with Fireball maple bacon jam, Fireball gravy and cheese curds and Fireball & maple glazed smoked chicken wings are all on the menu.
The Blame Fireball burger will also run as a special for one week from Monday 3rd July to Sunday 9th July at other Bar Luca venues: BL Burgers Darlinghurst, and BL Burgers Parramatta.
