Fans have begun sharing an eerie video Avicii, born Tim Bergling, predicting his own death following the death of the 28-year-old DJ last week.

Footage from the music maker’s 2017 documentary Avicii: True Stories, includes revelations about his discomfort in the spotlight and concerns over his busy schedule (he played 813 gigs between 2008 – 2016);

“I have told them this. I won’t be able to play anymore,” Avicci says in the video.

“I have said, like, I’m going to die.

“I have said it so many times. And so I don’t want to hear that I should entertain the thought of doing another gig.”

Tim retired from touring in 2016 due to continuous health conditions including pancreatitis and the removal of his gallbladder.

At the time he told The Hollywood Reporter, “I’m happier than I have been in a very very long time.

“Stress-free more than I have been in a very long time.”

“I can’t say I’m never going to have a show again. I just don’t think I’m going to go back to the touring life.”

The Swedish hitmaker passed away last Friday, comfirmed to E! News by his representative.

“It is with profound sorrow that we announce the loss of Tim Bergling, also known as Avicii.

“He was found dead in Muscat, Oman this Friday afternoon local time, April 20th. The family is devastated and we ask everyone to please respect their need for privacy in this difficult time. No further statements will be given.”
