If there’s one thing life has taught us it’s that not things are made equal.
For example, the crappy chocolate you get at Easter has nothing on good quality Cadbury chocolate eggs. The caliber of shows on Netflix vs HBO vary hugely, and Point is: things vary a lot, including salaries.
Just ask The Voice judges, who, it turns out, get paid huge sums of money but each different to the other. In fact, to our surprise, it’s not the international guys that are raking in the most dollars.
According to a report in New Idea, Delta Goodrem is the highest paid coach on The Voice panel, reportedly receiving a whopping $2 million salary for this season.
This makes sense, seeing as Delta is the longest running coach on The Voice panel – having been there since season one.

Next is Guy Sebastian who reportedly receives a lot less,h 1.25 million less to be exact. Guy is apparently getting $750,000 for the season – which it kind of makes sense seeing as this is only his second season of The Voice.

The Voice international judges, Boy George and Kelly Rowland are both reportedly on $500,000 salary plus expenses, accommodation and first-class airfares. Would we fly halfway across the world for a quarter of a million dollars plus all expenses paid? Yeah probably.
New Idea also reported that the two new hosts of the show, Renee Bargh and Darren McMullen are both on $250,000 for the season.
The Voice is currently airing the blind auditions for 2020 on Channel Nine. Very entertaining viewing in our humble opinion – even if we have questions about why the coaches are always wearing the same damn clothes.
