It’s been a wild couple of weeks for reality TV couples.
First, Bachelor Matt Agnew announced his split from winner Chelsie McLeod.
Then, rumours started to swirl that the newest loved-up Bachie couple, Angie Kent and Carlin Sterritt, have secretly called it quits.
And now, a Love Island pair have followed suit: Luke Packham and Cassie Landsdell.

Luke and Cassie reportedly got back together after leaving the Love Island villa but confirmed to Daily Mail Australia that they’re back to being just friends.
“We tried to see how things would work in the real world, but ultimately decided that we’re better off as friends without benefits,” Luke told the publication.
“Cassie’s a great girl and instead of complicating things we think it’s better to just let it go now while we’re still good friends.”
“We really gave it our best shot inside the villa and out in the real world, so there’s no regrets.”
Cassie also confirmed to the Daily Mail that she and Luke were just good ol’ platonic mates and that she’s looking forward to moving on with someone else.
Meanwhile, Love Island winners Josh Packham and Anna McEvoy are still going strong, so there’s that at least.
But, if you ask us, it’s about math. Matt and Chelsie are done, Luke and Cassie are done, who knows about Angie and Carlin… our conclusion? Love is dead and dating shows are a sham.
