If Henry from My Kitchen Rules looks familiar to you, this is why

Another season of Aussie television favourite My Kitchen Rules has kicked off and with it (obviously) comes a whole host of new contestants to get to know (and hate or love).

One of the faces audiences were re-introduced to this year was Henry the truffle farmer; the handsome Tassie guy who caused the Internet to erupt with excitement after appearing on the reality TV show last year.

THIS GUY:

If you watched along in 2017 you would have seen Henry feature briefly when contestants Damo and Caz dropped past the family business to buy some truffles for their instant restaurant.

Caz referred to Henry as a Calvin Klein model and it seems Australia agreed with her.

On the attention his small part on MKR got him in 2017, Henry told NOVA:

“…Certainly was not expecting the result…it was really, really odd and quite flattering I suppose, as well as embarrassing all at once,” he said.

And if you’re wondering what you can expect from the farmer in the MKR kitchen (especially when it comes to truffles) he revealed that he likes to keep things simple:

“I mean, the great thing about them is that you’ve just got to keep it simple,” he said.

“So, that works with me beautifully. You know, a bit of fresh pasta, butter, salt, and a heap of truffles shaved on the top, you just can’t beat it.”
